The Art of Early Childhood:
Where little hands learn, have fun, and create art.
Ms. Jenna (she/her) founded Little Creators in 2022, creating a unique blend of preschool skills with art, music, dance, and storytelling (acting). She holds two degrees in music and pedagogy, has over a decade of experience in early childhood education and is one of my closest and dearest friends. In fact, my daughter is in these photos as one of her students.
Photographing this class, which is open to all parents (not just the photographing kind), one cannot help, but notice the endless patience, kindness, and gentle expertise Ms. Jenna brings to every class. The students seamlessly transition from movement with scarves and making music with instruments, to crafting and planting seeds in small pots by the large classroom window, and then back again to music and movement.
Though the class is packed with activity, there is no rush. Ms. Jenna’s unhurried presence ensures every child has space to create and be seen, heard, and understood, whether by clarifying instructions or remembering a regular student’s favorite color or song.
